A-1 General Cleaning - all surfaces.
A-2 Compounds for use in soak tanks or steam/mechanical cleaning devices, all departments.
A-3 Acid cleaners - all departments.
A-4 Floor and wall cleaning - all departments.
A-5 Floor and wall cleaners - for subfreezing temperatures.
A-6 Scouring Cleaners.
A-7 Metal cleaner or polish with degreaser or carbon remover - no food contact.
A-8 No food contact - for food cooking equipment.
B-1 Laundry detergents, bleaches and sours for fabrics with direct food contact.
B-2 Laundry compounds for uniforms and fabrics with no direct food contact.
C-1 Compounds for cleaning all surfaces in inedible processing areas.
C-2 Compounds for use in toilets and/or dressing rooms.
